"We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic system. Other than that nuiscance we had a great family experience."

"I enjoyed my stay at this lovely little place. The first night was very quiet the second a bit more noisy but they do supply earplugs if needed. It would be better with soundproofing as you can hear everything. The room was very comfortable and clean. The place is very central a short walk from shops restaurants and the beach. There was a bottle of water but it would be a nice to have is a kettle and some coffee and tea. I will go back and do recommend this place. "

"Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things. "
