"Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage. Located very close to lots of restaurants, shops and felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay "

"Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return! "
