"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. "Pros: amazing view of the volcano (we stayed in #4 and when we stepped out the door, the view was incredible), friendly and helpful staff, the farm (lots of farm animals and activities fun for everyone but esp for kids) and organic garden (not an official tour, but we got to meet the gardener in charge and he showed us around), individual bungalows that are generously sized, body lotion & even natural bug repellent lotion in the rooms, hot springs (small but was never crowded), animal sightings...

"Loved the huge, beautiful grounds and the activities offered at the resort. We did the tubing and horseback riding - great fun and so convenient that it was at the resort. Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall....
