"Beautiful property with very helpful, friendly staff. The thermal pools were amazing and our teenage boys had a blast in the waterslides. Seimbup bar was a nice touch but drink prices there were ridiculous. Other items around the hotel were affordable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though all the dark wood made them too dark and not very cozy. Juan at the from desk was especially helpful and personable. "This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...
