"Incredible hotel located in the perfect part of town. The rooms are all separate and the pools and thermal pools are easily accessible and not too crowded. The thermal pools are all on site and all different temperatures so it’s easy to find one that’s exactly that you want. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant and bar are great. No noise problems at all. If you have a car, Parking is available right outside your door or in the lot at the entrance if you have multiple. You can see the volcano from every part of the resort. Definitely recommend."
