"Staff was very nice and professional"

"Overall the stay was great everyone was extremely friendly and helpful even the secuirty gaurds. Veiw from the room/balcony is amazing, i stayed on the 7th floor. Only minor thing i didnt like was that parking was across the street. Not a big deal at all for us we didnt use our car as everything we did was within walking distance. Crossing the street here though was very easy they have a crosswalk right there with no wait time. They do have a vallet service for 5 more dollars than self parking. Highly recommend this place."

"I enjoyed my stay. I prefer to stay at this hotel once a year during my church conference it was clean. I felt safe and the service is impeccable. I was able to get an early check-in with no additional charge which was extremely convenient for me. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The rooms are a little old, but overall clean staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach, which was nice. The location is convenient as you have shopping centers gas stations, and coffee shops pretty close by."

"Beach Street Inn is the Goldilocks Inn for Santa Cruz. Not too far from the boardwalk or the wharf. Not too expensive and not too average. Our 2nd stay within the past month and a half, they have it dialed in with clean rooms, friendly staff ans many other benefits. Highly recommend!"
