"This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. My son lives tall hotels and wanted to he high up. We got a high floor by request and they ended up giving us floor 34. The elevators are fast and entertaining, but can make your ears pop lol. When checking in we were informed we got the breakfast and champagne package. I did know i got the breakfast but i wasnt aware of the champagne and that was a nice surprise, but we didnt actually get the champagne. It wasnt anything that hindered...

"Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. "

"The Wi-fi system is much more complicated and difficult to decipher than any hotel or establishment with internet that I've ever seen. It asks you to join Marriott Bonvoy or else pay $12+ per day, but makes the joining very diffuclt to do -- I had to ask downstairs for them to to it for me. To their credit, they set me up, and the staff was very helpful, but I still had to have the charge removed from my bill at check-out. And my spuse's cmputer kept getting knocked out of internet service...
