"great accommodation, close enough to local sights if you have a car,the area is beautiful,open fields, country lanes,quiet, good pub and restaurant 100 metres away,friendly people,what's not to like. "

"The bed and breakfast experience lived up to its billing with prompt and excellent service from Michelle whenever requested. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of choices and the rooms were kept tidy with the suite providing the opportunity to relax in private. "

"We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall."

"We stayed here for two nights to attend a nearby wedding. The accommodation was lovely. Large spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Carolyn was very welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend."

"Plain but comfortable room. Bar and restaurant areas exceptoinally and clean and well organised and a credit to the staff; who were welcoming, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Food was beyond expectation; this is great place to eat; and takeaways seem to be very popular."
