"I stayed at this property for just three nights because I needed a break away from Manchester city life. The property is stunning. It was spotlessly clean. Everything is very much quality - even the taps! The towels, robes, bedding, again, all discernibly high quality. There were lots and lots of towels which made me feel looked after. "We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall."

"Arrived for a 1-night stay and stayed in Room 4 for 3 adults. We parked directly out front where there is off road parking for 2 cars (please note that the curb is not lowered to access this). Location was quite quiet overnight which I was surprised about! Owners were very friendly and offered advice and leaflets on places to visit!
