"Fantastic strip if you want to be close to Tulum but far enough away to be quiet! Staff is absolute ace! Candy at the desk is awesome as is Juan our waiter. I cant wait to return! Rental car will go a long way to help avoid taxis. The cenote within walking distance was great. There are like 5 restaurants all within walking distance and each were nice if you dont rent a car"

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "

"Thank you very much for the excellent stay and the upgrade to the nicer room. That was very generous! We have nothing bad to say about the Nerea. Everything was perfect. The food was great, and having the other 2 sister hotels nearby to eat (and use gym) was nice too. Thank you!"

"We spent 4 days with my wife and two kids, the hotel has all the possible activities for the family: beach, pool, water slides and have a great indoor facility with bowling, trampolines and others. My kids loved it. Food was great, they have many options and great quality. We didn’t drink that much but they offer great variety of liquor. "I recently spent a week at this amazing hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The facilities are top-notch, and the service is truly exceptional—it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. At first, we were unsure about the long walk to our room, but it ended up being something we absolutely loved—it added to the tranquil and relaxing vibe of the place. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, and everything was of excellent quality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If I had to point out one area that was just average, it would be the entertainment, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. This is the perfect place to relax and disconnect, especially if you’re traveling with your partner. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return!"

"Our stay at dreams far exceeded any expectations we had. The staff all were truly so warm, so kind and beyond professional. The staff all cared and were clearly committed to offering an unbelievable experience. The location was drop dead gorgeous but what really set this resort apart was the consistency of excellence, cleanliness, and absolute luxury. People say food at a resort is blah- it was the complete opposite at dreams. The food was absolutely delish and fresh. Even at the buffet it was constantly great and staff were on top of keeping the items neat and properly tempered. We are already planning when we will be returning to this resort as it was the best most unbelievable experience we have ever had!"
