It borders the Otsuka train station on the Yamanote line yet is quiet and is convenient with abundant shopping and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-for an APA or for anywhere else. It had so many choices and the friendliest staff. The hot springs baths here were also better than other APAs. It had one indoor bath and then two more baths...
