The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. "We stayed here one night and it had plenty of room for a family of four (4 twin beds). What's great about this hotel is that every room has a balcony and an amazing view of Tokyo city. The room was worth if just for the view alone. There's plenty of shopping in the area but it seemed more geared around western stores rather than Japanese stores. Also, Odaiba in general is a bit farther out, so might not be the best choice if you are needing to explore more of the inner city of Tokyo. But if you...

"Enormous hotel, which made it a bit impersonal (the only comparator I have is the giants in Las Vegas) but staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, although a little dated, particularly the bathroom. Comfy bed, excellent location."
