I needed assistance checking in and was not able to reach a staff member at the phone number provided. Fortunately one of the travelers in our group figured out a solution. "This is my first time visiting Tokyo and Juyoh was my first hotel/hostel stay. What a great first impression of Japanese hospitality. "I loved A16. It is an ideal spot to start a trip to Tokyo. It was very easy to get to, coming from Narita Airport and there are LOTS of good, cheap dining options within a very short walk. "cool hostel, the workers are really great, helpful and nice. The shower room smells a bit moldy, so just keep that in mind. They do have a nice kitchen area with a tv, if u just need a place to crash its okay. my pillowcase was not clean thank god i had brought my own. Had to pay 200 yen for a towel. "Literally avoid this hotel at all costs. There was literal blood in the showers, most of the guests were American and of course, they're very loud obnoxious and selfish. In the capsule room they were walkinf with shoes on, speakinf loudly at 7am and so on. I feel bad for the manager working because she did her best but what can you do with selfish tourists?"
