"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"My family and I stayed at this location at the end of October 2024. It was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and conveniently located near the train station. I'm not a train person but it's very easy in Japan with google maps, so this was a big bonus. "We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. "We had a great vacation close to the skytree. Our host communicated well, and let us keep our luggage for a few hours after our stay and before our flight. The place was large and clean. I would definitely stay here again.The only downside is the street noise is loud during the night but that is just being in one of the largest cities in the world. Just keep in mind if you're a light sleeper."

"Unique and great stay at Sumire house. There's no other house like it in the neighbourhood. The proximity to the local shrine also adds to its charm. "Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again."
