"The staff at the property were so wonderful throughout our whole stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the bathhouse especially was so clean and well maintained. Our room had a great view and it was clean and well maintained. We loved the breakfast selections as well, the only thing I would have liked would be the option of having a hot chocolate but everything else was just amazing. "great business hotel, there's a bus stop right at the front door that gets you easy access to Shimbashi. Room is tiny as with all APA are. bit of a walk if you enjoy that... it's a 10 minute walk up-hill to Roppongi's main area."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. The subway is pretty much a 4 minute walk! Several malls within a 5 minute walk. 7/11, Don Quiote (everything store) and other options across the street!! I came with two teenagers who love anime and Japan and they loved this stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. The sofa bed was even amazing! It was stable and firm! I think it was more cozy than the beds!! Did I mention affordable?"

"HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is a stylish and modern hotel with some really fun features! The arcade area inside the building is a great spot to hang out, and the robot delivering amenities to the door was such a cute touch. Plus, the high-floor views are absolutely stunning! However, the neighborhood can get quite rowdy at night, so it might not be the best choice for families. Overall, a great stay for those who love a vibrant and tech-savvy experience in Shinjuku!"

"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. "Easy to get to Tokyo Disney with a washer, amazing Japanese style bathroom and kitchen. Late night food and a 24 hour combini made long Disney days so easy. Friendly staff and all the basic amenities like toothbrushes so no need to pack a toiletry bag!"
