"Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "

"I found this place to be so clean that I ended up using their towels and through all my life I don't think I have ever used a hotel s towels ever... They are also very all of them are very very friendly although initially they can be a little stuck on rules but that rapidly goes away as with conversation"
