"The infinity pool.was closed and we were not made aware of it at the time of Booking . Spoiled the Holiday as this was made aware only days before our arrival and I could not change the property "

"Stayed four nights here, and we're impressed with the service. Premium room had only one chair for the two of us, but front desk found and sent us one more. Car park was a tad confusing as hotel was located at a mega mall. "

"This is a newer hotel compared to the ones nearby. I was a bit skeptical but true to the ratings, this hotel is a gem option in the area. The location is perfect and walkable to the Petronas Twin Towers and Chinatown. It’s also right across from Merdeka Tower. Service is top! We were always treated at the door and our rooms always cleaned each day. Love love the earthy retro interiors! It is so different from the classy ones like Shangri La. Let’s talk about the rooftop! The pool is open...

"very comfortable stay and very convenient location. staff were excellent and very accommodating. one thing I would mention is that I felt the air-conditioned in the room could have been colder and the towels provided bigger. We stayed 6 nights and was very happy. would happily stay here again and would recommend to others. "
