"Property had some water problems, elevator was out for almost a day due to water issues and then on Saturday morning woke up to find massive flooding on the first floor. Water issue with elevator was before it began raining, They could also be a bit more friendly to wheelchair guests. In any event property could use a slight refurbishment.
