"When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...

"We stayed at Shimmering Waters for four nights at the end of October. We were picked up in Kingston by Bakerdon and driven up to Montego Bay (via Dunn’s River). Cannot stress enough how warm a welcome we received from Baker and how helpful he was throughout our stay. Any day trips we wanted to take, Baker was happy to guide and oblige.
