"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. "The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. "Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."
