"The property is immense and very beautiful, however it does seem that a bit more care could be given to some aspects of the property. The carpets in particular had a few stains & spills on them across the hallways & in the rooms. The staff are attentive and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. The location is exquisite, right on the picturesque West Lake. The property would fit in perfectly into a Wes Anderson film. "

"Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

"Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1. "I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."
