"Fantastic staff nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room a surprise upgrade on the room I had originally booked. The room was lovely and WOW the bathroom was out of this world. I would stay again such a beautiful building. Only one negative was the pigeon that sat on the vent to the bathroom singing to us but sooner that than noisy people."

"From the moment we stepped through the door to one of the nicest welcomes we have had at a hotel to the moment we left was just perfect. Our room, ‘The Study’ was superb, and so clean and comfortable, and the decor and design is beautiful. Welcome tray with great selection of teas and cafetière for coffee. We slept so well. The dining room is amazing as are all the staff, and again one of the best breakfasts ever. Howard Arms you are amazing, we will be back. Thank you Keith & Gwen"

"Lovely house, room was a good size, comfortable bed, decent linen. Good onsuite shower. Breakfast preordered and delivered to room as still have Covid restriction in place. Parking available but a bit tight getting in and out if other cars there. Hosts friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Definitely better than Doubletree Hotel down the road and half the price. "
