"Less than 10min walk from train station. Hotel although slightly dated is still excellent . Definitely value for money for a 5 star Shangri-la hotel. "

"The room was big, a bit outdated but its clean, the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping area. The lobby is vey quiet, hotel lobby staff is ok, I didn't feel very welcomy maybe because the staff are sitting behind the desk and it feels like more of an office than a hotel. I think this is a thing they need to improve, perhaps change the seats to high chair so if they need to stand up its easier for them, I'm not against them sitting, I know its a hard job to stand up all day. Also I didn't see any bellman or doorman that welcomes you. The breakfast is very good, the staff there were nice and attentive. The housekeeping staff are very good they attend to our needs like extra towels and slippers very fast. Overall its a nice experience, we may come back again whenever we are in Shenzhen. "

"Luxury property in the Futian (downtown area). There is a mall 5 mins walk away with lots of dining options. So many bars and restaurants to choose from. The service is the Club floor was very good. "
