"Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay...

"This hotel is very convenient for our stay. It’s walking distance for us do most of our shopping including the nearly pedestrian street. There was renovation on the floor where we stayed but it didn’t cause any inconvenience to us. We were given another hr stay after the check out time at 2.00pm. Will choose to stay in again if we happen to be in Shenzhen."
