"We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. "The breakfast buffet is great. It has standard American breakfast with coffee and toast, and many different types of Chinese foods (rice soup, Chinese doughnuts, chow mein, pot stickers, noodles and etc..). Like the noodles soup station especially. The staff is very nice and the noodles soup is delicious!"

"We, a group of 5, booked 2 Club Grand Rooms but got upgraded to 2 Suites on Christmas Day, overnight stay. Initially delighted for the upgrades, only later excited to be in the spacious room with 2 toilets and a BIG bath (must experience). The services on the Club Floor was the best in all branded hotel names. For breakfast, I would go to the 6th floor where your needs would be catered for. ENJOY!"
