Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright. "Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....
