"All incidents aside, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and room services were on point. The only thing i did not like was that the jacuzzi's jets were disabled and we were not allowed to enjoy amenities that we paid for."

"The sofa from our room was terrible very old. We asked 3 time about to have the mattress from the sofa switched the staff each time said they were checking to see if they have an extra but we were there for 5 nights and didn’t get the mattress changed. "

However the clerk was Semi-Friendly , I placed my cards in her hand which she kind of took out my hand aggressively, and when it came time to give me back my items she placed them on the counter ( It’s not the 50’s anymore ) ; I wish the Hotel came equipped with Self Check In Kiosks. "Noisy not very sound proof. Overpriced by ALLOT. But most of the strip area is not just good profit margin, it’s legal criminality of theft off the chat and then some! "
