"The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working."

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller...

"The room is big and nice decor. Staff at the lobby and check in are very attentive. Only problem is the staff at breakfast forgot to put our order and we wait more than half hour the food didn't come so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed!"

"Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"A wonderful experience. Our third time here. Reasonably priced, excellent food and service, especially the staff at the Heritage Club for our Valentine celebration. Chef Melvin and Manager Daniel saw to every detail to make our evening run smoothly and deliciously. The breakfast staff was right there at our service; they were very courteous and helpful, which made our breakfast experience very enjoyable and relaxed. "Great location. Easy to move around the city. Good publuc transport links. Difficult to contact the person in charge for checking in. Not enough utensils in kitchenette. No instructions for use of little oven (nit an issue for us). Shower head needs attention. "
