"We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. "Check in process was a hassle. Normally one would go to a reception desk and check in. At Rainbow Suites, the security guard would have to summon one of the agents to come meet you in the lobby and check you in your room. The agent takes a while to get to the lobby. The room is spacious almost like an apartment with all amenities but it needs upgrade. The view from room was spectacular though."

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a central location. Everything was as listed but housekeeping could be inconsistent. Axon Residences offers great facilities including a gym, sauna / steam room and an infinity pool on the 37th floor with awesome views of the city.
