"We had an overnighter at Sama Sama as part of a wider Malaysia trip. We needed a convenient airport hotel while in transit between Penang and Borneo and so pleased with picked thIs one. We arrived too late to use any of the facilities such as the outdoor pool but we were very pleased with our Premier room. The Premier lounge is fantastic with lovely food (sushi, canapes, salad, cheese) and a very generous drink service (beer, cocktails, wine). Unfortunately we left too early to enjoy breakfast but the buggy service was much appreciated to get us swiftly to Terminal 1. Would definitely book again if we return to KLIA in the future "

"Lovely hotel. Lots of clear communication before checkin and how to find them, where to park etc..very straightforward to get there. Checkin ahead of time meant very quick at the desk. Very efficient and friendly. Loved the peace and quiet of this hotel despite its location. Room very sound proof. Bed very comfortable. Good sized shower - lots of hot water . Turn down service with incense and aromatherapy was lovely. Swimming pool really only good for 2 people if doing lengths but great having the outside view while swimming. Breakfast was a huge spread but nothing wow! Adequate and mediocre. A little awkward when busy with inadequate space to get around . "

"Hotel was well situated in Bukit Bintan area near shopping and restaurants. Able to walk to nearby shopping Centers and the night eating areas. Hotel was fantastic with a great bar for winding down in the evening and the facilities were well maintained."

"5 star experience with great accommodating customer service. Customer centric with great activities for the kids. They do everything they can to make your stay with them comfortable. Perfect location as well. Will stay again. Only downfall is their self service laundry is quite dirty and there aren't other decent options nearby."
