When checking out the lady was warm and very friendly and even manged to find out what that amazing smell is that they pump round the hotel is. So thats just cost my husband a bit extra as just brought Arran scent for the home. Thank you to the hotel staff as they made our stay so relaxing, just what we needed. "

"The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! "
