"The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I stay at this hotel regularly as it’s a great location for the Merry Hill shopping centre and nightlife. My only negative comment is the hotel is a little dated. They’ve recently added plasma TV’s to the room but removed a big mirror to put the TV. The TV in the room this time kept turning itself off which was really annoying. Also the QR code for the food menu wouldn’t work and there are no menus in the room anymore. "

"Generally very modern good hotel. Don’t get a room where the fire doors are though as they are not damped and slam all night as people pass preventing sleep… please get doors damped! Otherwise very good."
