"A beautiful elegant hotel situated in a quiet area yet close to easy access to transportation. The shuttles svc to Kyoto station is convenient but if you miss it, walking is so easy and safe, anytime of the day to and from hotel to main station. If you have luggage then it's only a few bus stop away once you figure the schedule. The hotel is a short walk to the large Nishi hongwanji Temple, a worthwhile visit that is free.
