"This is my fifth time staying at the Westin Miyako. The location is superb for seeing temples on the west side of Kyoto, and it’s always easy to get around, either via their free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, or by nearby public transit with a few blocks’ walk. The staff offers world class hospitality. I could not have asked for a better stay. "

"The most amazing hotel with the most attentive staff! Our experience all around was amazing. Of course check in was great and the property itself is beautiful (with great room service) but the staff going above and beyond is what makes this a true 5-star property. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. What I love the most is the private onsen in the room. It's in a semi-open space (not in the room, but under a roof kind of in the back balcony).
