"It’s a magical place, a proper castle in the National Park. Club lounge for Fairmont Gold has superb food both breakfast and evening canapés and the view is spectacular from the gold rooms. No mistaking it the rooms are small, like European small but there are very few suite options so you just accept it and being there is the joy not the actual room."

"Friendly staff at check-in, liked the suite with its private entrance. it was private and quiet, appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The large hot tub jacuzzi pool with the cave theme at this hotel is nice, creates a unique atmosphere. Ample parking between the underground parking and local streets in the area. Appreciated that the hotel gave out free public transit passes for the days we were there. Could hop on a bus for downtown and not worry about having to find or pay for parking. The...
