"Loved the comfort in this hotel, beds and pillows were amazing. They provided pajama set which was so comfortable that we ended up buying it. Breakfast (western) was very nice with plenty of non-meat options. Japanese breakfast was sold out on both mornings we had breakfast there. Neat and clean room/bathroom, nice modern hotel (cinema room was very spacious). Would love to stay there again."

The services here are superb and the atmosphere is great. There’s tons of amenities unlike the hotel I stayed at in tokyo like the gym, spa, sauna, business room, pool etc."

"The ACE in Kyoto was possibly the finest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Beautifully decorated, quality construction, elegant rooms, attentive staff, and even interesting programming in the lobby meeting space. Oh and the pajamas were sublime — I wish I could afford a pair!"
