"Room was spacious for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. AC system kept the room cool during the 90° heat outside. Having a table that fit 4 people was a plus because it makes eating easier and it helped our kids do schoolwork on their laptops. This property has the toilet and shower separate which we liked. Washer and dryer in room with detergent included. Location was not the best just because there were no train or bus stations close by. Nishiki Market was a 15 min walk. Kyoto station is a 10...

"Comfortable beds, small apartment with big fridge microwave and washing facilities. 3 minute walk to Tofukuji station with direct JR services to Nara, Inari and Kyoto (2 minutes away one stop) highly recommended would stay again. "

"Our group of 3 loved the clean, spacious rooms and proximity to the Monkey Park and Bamboo forest. The extra space felt like a luxury after many smaller (but more expensive) hotel rooms. The Beautiful pizza restaurant a 5 minute walk from the hotel blew us away. If you like desserts, there are so many places to choose from just a short walk away. The staff were kind and accommodating of us!"
