"We had a great time at Bahia Principe Grand Samana. We liked that the resort is small and intimate, food was decent for an all-inclusive and staff was friendly. Resort is a bit old but well maintained and clean overall. On the other end, we found the beach being rather small, not enough chairs and palapas for all guests, and very close to the road causing noise. We would return and recommend to friends and family looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation."

"We really enjoyed El Beso. We had a few minor issues that were remedied quickly (running toilet, safe that did not work). There are two pools on the adult side - one is more of the “party” pool and one is the “I'm just here to relax” pool. The adults only restaurants were delicious. They always asked if there were any allergens to be aware of. The buffet had the areas separated for family, adults only, and Privilege members. The staff try to upsell you to a Privilege stay when you are least...

"I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day....

"The grounds were stunning and immaculate and staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast options included with the stay could have been more varied but the dining options in the area for the remainder of the day were fantastic."

"Beautiful property with nice dining options and plenty to do for a family with young children. Everything was super clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We were happy with most of the food options (would not recommend the rib eye at The Grill, it was thin, dry and hard to eat). We did the Enclave upgrade which I felt was worth it for the addituonal meal options. We used the main pool most of the time though because it was better for our kids who are still young. "Staff was helpful and friendly. My major issue was with the dining process. The a la carte restaurants, Oriental Fusion, Mediterranean, Latin Fusion, Atlantis can only be booked/reserved once in a 7 day stay. Breakfast, lunch and other dinners are served in El Lago, the buffet restaurant. I walk with a brace on my left leg and use a cane with my right hand, making it difficult to get my food and bring it to the table. No options for a sit down meal."
