"About 10-15min walk from Osaka station. I must say the staff here is very helpful and friendly. Most staff spoke English well. Exceptionally thankful to T. Hatta for helping me forward my luggage to my next destination. Thank you thank you thank you! Facility offers a wet bar at night and breakfast(very good quality and variety offered). This facility is big and rooms are similar to western hotels(size wise). Close to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here...

"We ventured to Osaka after a stopover in Kyoto, staying at the RHIGA hotel in Osaka. We have stayed at the RHIGA Osaka several times in the past including a family trip in May 2023. We like the convenience of the hotel’s relative closeness to Osaka Station and having access to the hotel’s free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the JR Osaka Station. For some reason we ended up with a handicap accessible room which meant a very roomy bathroom. While our booking did not include breakfast...
