"I stayed at 4 different properties during my trip to Japan and this one was my favorite. I liked not having to worry about a key and how spacious it was. There was a 7 eleven across the street and the nearest train station was about an 8 minute walk away. "

"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer. "

"This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."

"This is superb. Location is literally steps away from the subway station. Family mart and Seria grocery stores are easily accessible. Brand new apartment style units with washer and sweeper vacuum. We also arrived early and we were pleased to see racks outside the hotel with combination locks so you can leave your suitcase until check in time. The only thing to note is that some may find the location noisy. You can see the trains go by from the balcony and they start as early as 5 am the morning...

I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it.
