"Lovely location, and hotel was in most cases in okay condition, some bits feeling a bit tired though. Staff were friendly, the pool was decent but the breakfast really let it down. Limited choice, slow service and many things requiring a 'top-up' payment and not included. "

"Staff very helpful and restaurant offered a decent range of options. Bed extremely comfortable and 1st floor corridor generally quiet. Somewhat disappointed that room was not made up until after 4pm on a couple of days, had to go down to lounge area to wait for cleaners to finish. Also noticed that glasses were left outside rooms and not collected from several hours, this presented a trip hazard and a danger for guests especially children. Overall a most enjoyable 4 day stay."

"Check in was good and hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative for me is that I suffer from allergies - (dogs) and presume the room is one which allows dogs but even though the room was clean the I did suffer all night and into the next day."

"Room lighting didn’t work apart from one light which had a broken switch leaving internals exposed. Supposedly been checked over prior to arrival!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, everything was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but also professional. We also loved the setting of being the old airport and control tower. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely be back."
