"We have chosen this chain on several occasions and have not been disappointed. Leonardo Liverpool was in a lovely location, near the water, several tourist sights and a short walk to the city. It has a restaurant, that we have used on other occasions, but this time we took advantage of the nearby restaurants. "Great location to motorways. We used the pool. Good size and VERY clean. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. Variety and quality was excellent. Only 2 issues we had, phone in room did t work but no big deal. Also we thought we were getting a room with a sofa bed but instead it was a camp bed. Impossible to sleep in so we ended up just putting the mattress on the floor. "

"The hotel was in a great location, close enough for shopping, dining and nightlife. Although the room was clean, as in bedding and bathroom, the room itself was very tired and in need of updating. It served its purpose of a last minute overnight stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again at that price while its in its current state. Staff were polite and friendly."

"Loved the Deco building and history and the old planes. Staff friendly and lovely breakfast and bar great also. Had a couple of issues with items missing from room and extra items on bill but all was sorted quickly and put right by staff in hotel. Overall very pleased and will stay again."

"Great stay but no information in room about hotel etc & no aircon so we had to wedge the door open which was not ideal. Dark haired girl on spa reception was not very helpful, every time I asked a question she just said look at the website. We had no idea there was a spa world until we came out & spoke to the lady upstairs who was helpful & showed me around even though it was closed. Very helpful if we decide to come back "
