"As an over hundred year old building, I think its condition is good enough. It is closed to Liverpool Central but on a quiet street. Suitable for weekend visit. People are friendly and helpful. "I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it."
