"The hotel was great for our family of 4 and two other families that we were traveling with. It was a 15-20 min walk one way to Old San Juan and about the same distance the other way to the beach. The rooftop was a great place to wind down after a day out. And we loved that our unit had a kitchenette and large outdoor patio. The hotel also accommodated with a 2nd pull out couch for our two kids."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"Large room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C, nice little balcony, and great water pressure, although I could never get the water beyond warm. I wish there had been an electric burner, but there wasn't. It had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. So we were able to make coffee every morning, reheat some leftovers, but no ability to cook. They really should fix the bathroom door in room 41A, as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. ...

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open...
