"Night before check out, came back from being out all day an AC not working. Apt was hot and very humid. All clothing and bedding was damp. Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"I will start with the positives. The location is fantastic. I don’t think k we could have planned a better location if we tried. Communication with the management company was great, including issue notification (more on that in a bit). There definitely is plenty of space, the kitchen was very modern, and the AC units definitely worked. "Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "

The Villa sits perfectly between a bar district and town square with a pharmacy, grocery market and plenty of dining options. "I love the Condado lagoon villas, place was clean, great location. Great view, it had everything we needed. Toilet paper, trash bags, beach chairs and a cooler to take with us to the beach. "We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We only stayed here for a weekend but I would stay here for longer trips as well because the apartment is so well equipped. Love the full kitchen. The only downside is that the kitchen and living room areas don’t have AC like the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot. We loved how centralized the apartment is. "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
