"Large room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C, nice little balcony, and great water pressure, although I could never get the water beyond warm. I wish there had been an electric burner, but there wasn't. It had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. So we were able to make coffee every morning, reheat some leftovers, but no ability to cook. They really should fix the bathroom door in room 41A, as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. ...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"The room, location and view were great. After the checkin confusion we had a great time. Everyone was nice and helpful. The jacuzzi doesn’t work and the toilet seat drove us crazy but everything else was great. It is an older building and it would take very little to push this nice room into luxury. "

"Although this property was centrally located, well stocked, clean and roomy, it provided a unique layout that could cause some problems for older folks or those with mobility issues, as well as young children. Great place for younger larger group. Climb up long flight of winding stairs with suitcases proved challenging for some in our party. "

"Great Stay in the Heart of Old San Juan! This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Old San Juan, surrounded by charming shops, excellent coffee spots, and plenty of restaurants serving delicious traditional Puerto Rican food. It was the ideal base for exploring the historic area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was professional and accommodating. While there was no iron or ironing board in the room, they quickly provided a clothes steamer, which was a nice alternative. We had a balcony near the street, which meant it could get a bit loud at times, but the unbeatable location more than made up for it. If you’re driving, there are multiple parking garages within a 5-10 minute walk, so I recommend dropping off your bags before parking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
