"Overall the property itself was great. Unfortunately our room had a little damage to it. It smelled and felt humidid, even with the AC on. Plus there was Central Air issues because the AC would automatiaclly drop on its own, making the room colder while sleeping. The pool was amazing and getting to lunch or dinner options even better. The beach is walking distance, with an amazing vibe. Great location to get to different sites and airport. "

"The view of the ocean and the lagoon is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is full of things to do, things to see, and is close to the tourist attractions, while not being in the more congested parts of San Juan. Perfect vacation!"

"nice location. easy check in and check out. we were close to the pool, so music played late and started early. breakfast was minimum; bagels, toast, croissant, yogurt and feesh fruit. rooms were simple. no closet, dresser or drawers for clothes. no microwave or fridge. friendly staff. "

"Parking is at a different property that is not the easiest to access, just because of the one way streets. Also, they assured me it was only $15 a day but I ended up getting charged $22"

Location was perfect for walking to the beach (ten minutes) , restaurants ( some are across the street) , novelty shops ( 5 plus minutes) … Easily accessible to Uber and Taxis they do pick up and drop off in front . "Overall for the condado area, it's a good hotel. The $45 dollar credit for drinks and food is a nice touch but can be confusing depending on the time you check in. If you're looking for mid tier hotel close to the action, it's a great choice."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel has everything you need including laundry, a beach, and a hot tub. Took off a star only because the jacuzzi tub in the room was not working properly and we could have used another blanket in the room, but I'd still stay here again."
