"We loved our stay in Luxury Standard Room 209 at Tulemar. We saw squirrel monkeys daily from our balcony, and toucans, sloths, scarlet macaws, leaf-cutter ants, frogs, bats, and iguanas on the grounds also. The private beach was never crowded, and we appreciated the complimentary umbrellas and chairs, as well as the ability to order food and drinks from Tule Cafe while on the beach. "This property overall is amazing!! The staff were amazing in communication and helping with excursions. We were not prepared for the entire property living areas to be outside. The only thing inside is the bedrooms. The living areas are all screened in. Also, be prepared to navigate many many many bugs. It’s Costa Rica so that’s kind of expected but it’s a bit difficult to manage at times. The AC works amazing in the bedrooms! COLD!!!!!!"
