"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. "While travelling for a sad reason (funeral), Maddie on the front desk was kind and helpful, She took care of some details for us and the entire staff at the hotel were helpful. A great location and clean, quiet room. Breakfast buffet food was good quality."
