I stayed here as it’s super convenient for an early flight from T3 and T2. It’s inside the airport! Although you do pay quite a lot for this convenience. I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed was so hard.

It is convenient at Terminal 3. Close to shops and a cafe and transportation. It is completely quiet and safe. The staff are very helpful. I want to thank the night manager in particular who went out of his way to care for a tired and grouchy old lady.

Excellent location right at Terminal 3 Arrivals and close to the underground station. Took us <5 minutes to walk to Terminal 3 Departures for our morning flight. Bed was very comfortable. If you need a spot to stay at Heathrow for a layover or morning flight I'd recommend this hotel.

While the convenience of staying at the Aerotel is unmatched compared to other options, the rooms aren't that insulated from noise. Guests need to be aware that entering the sleeping areas talking at high volume and slamming doors isn't conducive to a good night's sleep for the rest of us. Perhaps as many reminders to be quiet as there are reminders to shut the bathroom door to avoid setting off the fire alarms might help.

Very disconcerting that there was no window in room . Felt very claustrophobic. However it was clean and incredibly convenient, steps away from check in for the flight .

The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful. The heating wasnt working in the room but the Manager quickly sorted it out and gave us another room which was bigger and workedcwell. Very convenient for Terminal 3. The only downside there was only 1 restaurant nearby which was dosappointing.

My boot sole broke while running thru the airport, and arriving at the hotel, we asked a staff member we met in the corridor if he had any sort of tape. He told us the get to our room and that he will find out with the cleaning staff if they had any supplies. Sure enough, 5' later he came knocking at our room, and presented a roll of masking tape that I used to secure my sole. This allowed me to get the train to the next town and but a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, i never knew the name of this staff member, but he went clearly above and beyond to satisfy his guests. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff at the Aerotel Heathrow!
