"Great central location. Good pool and breakfast selection. Not pleased about the lack of housekeeping as we were staying for 2 nights. We raised this at reception but NO action was taken. Also, service at reception is extremely slow. We checked in online but it still takes ages when you get there."

"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

We found bed very soft but that is our personal feeling. Easy underground parking at reasonable cost. Short walk to city centre. We would definitely stay here again."

"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . Would I stay here again, yes I would...

"Beautiful hotel, spa was amazing only annoying to have to pay £50 each to use. But it was a lovely spa great facilities. Room was quite small but bed and pillows fantastic we slept so well."
